Data Tsunami Offer from BSNL, Get 1.5 GB Data only on Rs. 98

Yesterday we had let you know about the new data plan introduced by Idea to compete Reliance Jio and Airtel. Now BSNL has joined the competition. Recently BSNL has introduced a superb tariff offer to compete Reliance. The leading Telecom giant BSNL has introduced the “Data Tsunami” offer which will provide the users with 1.5GB data for just Rs.98 STV Pack with a validity period 26 days. This pack is available with immediate effect across all BSNL circles in India.

Commenting on the availability of this new STV plan across the country, said RK Mittal, Director (CM), BSNL Board, “BSNL provides efficient services at cheaper rates as per requirement of customers. This is a pure data STV which provides at a very economic rate at Rs. 2.51 per GB.” But we need to say here that though BSNL has introduced this offer against Jio and Airtel, but it provides 4G data only in Kerala and provides 3G data in all other circles across the country. But Airtel and Jio provide 4G data in all Telecom circles across the country.

Just before lunching this new STV, the Telco had lunched the Rs.118 pack which offers unlimited Voice Calling with 1GB of data for a validity period of 28 days. But the important thing to note here is that the Rs.98 STV from BSNL is much better than the STV of Rs.149 introduced by Airtel and Jio. Both these packs offer 1.5GB data per day for a validity period of 28 days.

Before this also BSNL had lunched the Rs.39 tariff pack that offered unlimited voice calling. But this pack was not applicable for Mumbai and Delhi Telecom circles. It’s validity is for just 10 days. Accordingly, BSNL had brought lucrative offers for landline customers across the country. The BSNL landline customers could make unlimited call every Sunday.
