LeEco Le 2s LEX656 and LEX659 pass through TENAA Certification

Two new LeEco Smartphones, the LeEco Le 2s LEX656 and LEX659 has just of late passed through the Chinese regulatory agency TENAA. The TENNA certification regulatory reveals that both these Smartphones are quite identical in terms of features, specs and build and will be specifically recognised for the dual camera setup at back. If you take a look at the pictures of both these Smartphones listed in the official TEENA Website, then it will initially create difficulty for you to recognize the phones. The only way of differentiation can be the model numbers. However, it’s assumed that both Smartphones will act like Twins, the two versions of the LeEco Le 2s.

Now highlighting the hardware, both these Smartphones feature 5.5-inch IPS display with 1080 x 1920 pixels of Full HD resolution and the pixel density is approx 403 ppi. Both these devices run on the powerful Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with the Company’s EUI custom skin running on top. Both the Smartphones are powered by the MediaTek Helio X25 deca-core chipset clocked at 2.3GHz with the support of Mali-T880MP4 GPU. If you think of the memory prospect, the TEENA listing ensures that the devices pack 4GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in memory. We are not sure if it can further be expanded with support of a MicroSD card.

As I told you earlier, both these devices will be much appraised for their Dual Camera setup, the rear dual cameras offer approx 13MP resolution with 8MP selfie shooter at the front. In terms of connectivity, you will find Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS with GLONASS, 4G LTE, and a fingerprint scanner in both the devices and the fingerprint scanner is located slightly below the Smiley Camera at back. Then what’s teh difference between the LeEco Le 2s LEX656 and LEX659? It’s only the SIM slot that differentiates the handset. As per TEENA revelation, while the former handset packs a single SIM card slot, the later features dual.

For battery purpose, both the devices are quite good as both these handsets come incorporated with a 3900mAh capacity battery which should actually run long. Both the Smartphones measure 152.4 x 75.1 x 7.5mm and weigh 168 grams and booth these devices will be made available in a number of color variants such as Red, Gray, Gold, Silver, and White.
