Honor, the sub-brand of Huawei just of late launched a new less budget Smartphone in the Indian market. The Smartphone is named Honor Bee 2 and is now on sale at all Huawei retail stores across the country at a very reasonable price tag of Rs. 7499 and is three color variants i.e. Gold, White and Black. The Smartphone is comparatively little long than other Smartphones in the market and is backed by a 15 months manufacturing warranty. Though a budget Smartphones, but you will still find all powerful features in the device. Let’s have a look on the features and specs.

The Honor Bee 2 boasts of a .5-inch LCD display with 480 x 854 FWVGA resolution and the pixel density of 218 per inch. The handset is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz, but it’s yet to be known what’s the exact SoC the company has integrated in it. The Smartphone of course has some unique features like all other devices in the market. One is the Smart Key feature that allows users to open apps easily and quickly and the other is the Rainbow Light feature which is equipped with LEDs around the camera in different colors and notifies the users when they receive any call, massage, mail or anything.

Though Cameras of the Smartphone is not that much impressive, yet if compared as per the cost then those are quite good. It’s so because you get a 5MP primary cam  with 1.4 micron sized pixels and a dual-LED flash whereas for selfies, you would get a 2MP front cam. The connectivity features of the Honor Bee 2 includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 Low energy, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, and 4G VoLTE. The Smartphone also has a FM Radio which can be your friend during no internet connectivity.

However, the Smartphone if compared to its features, packs a very small 2100mAh battery which is undoubtedly very low to go through a whole working day. So this might be the biggest shortfall of the handset. The Honor Bee 2 runs on the old yet popular Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with Honor’s Emotion UI 3.1 skin running on top. So if you are among the few who might have already put their hands on the device, can let’s know if it’s really worth of investing Rs.7499.
